Welcome, Thoth!
Over the past few months, we have been working hard to create an AI assistant for our public site. We weren’t looking to add a useless feature just to prove that we could do "AI things". We wanted something that could represent Hiak—an assistant that embodies our company strategy and technical approach while still having a sense of humor.
I’d like to introduce Thoth.
Thoth has access to the content across our public site, along with the dynamic content published through our blog. As we continue to share new ideas and grow as an organization, Thoth will grow with us.
Thoth is currently a read-only assistant, but he has a roadmap of his own. For visitors, he will become a central point of contact with Hiak. Internally, he will help employees find company knowledge and complete a variety of tasks.
Thoth also represents how Hiak approaches AI implementation and feature development: as a platform, not a collection of disconnected features. Instead of accumulating a mix of vendor and platform-specific tools, Thoth can become a central, integrated interface backed by enterprise systems and data sources.

The Thinking Behind Thoth
Simply put, Hiak looks to minimize technology sprawl. This principle applies to tools, applications, and enterprise systems alike. Every technology decision should map back to an enterprise capability and be well-informed and intentional.
We’re excited to see Thoth grow and take on a larger role within our organization. Feel free to start a conversation with him—he already has plenty of insights to share about our company, our approach, and our culture.
